Department of State Releases Annual Fiscal Transparency Report

On September 19, 2018, the Department of State released the 2018 Fiscal Transparency Report, consistent with section 7031(b) of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2018 (Div.
