The Group of Ten Ambassadors met the UN Panel of Experts this morning. They discussed the Panel’s mandate under UN Security Council Resolution 2140, which is to recommend designations of individuals or entities who are ‘engaging in or providing support for acts that threaten the peace, security or stability of Yemen’.
