The Group of Ten Ambassadors have welcomed the Peace and National Partnership Agreement (PNPA), signed on 21 September 2014. It is important that this Agreement is implemented in full, as quickly and judiciously as possible.
The Group of Ten Ambassadors believe that the PNPA is entirely compatible with the GCC Initiative and its mechanism. Along with the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and the United Nations Security Council Resolutions, they offer a roadmap and guidelines for peace in Yemen.
The Group of Ten urge the urgent appointment of a Prime Minister who meets the criteria set out in the PNPA, so that next steps in the Agreement, including removal of checkpoints and camps that do not belong and work for the state, can be implemented.
The Group of Ten Ambassadors continue to support President Hadi and the implementation of these steps for the peace and good of all Yemenis.
